I am a bodyworker for individuals during their child bearing year and beyond. Massage and/or yoga is important during this time as it can help relax the body and mind so that the pregnant person can feel better, sleep better, labor better and parent better. It's a gift to the parent, baby, and the whole family.
I believe in the importance of bodywork because it gives the body a chance to be more at its natural state. It also provides us a grounding experience and to live more embodied. This gives an overall feeling of greater wellbeing.
During a session, I use special pregnancy body cushions to prop the client comfortably and safely for all stages of their pregnancy, including postpartum. I focus on their weight bearing areas that are generally under stress due to the physiological changes that pregnancy brings. The session is catered to the specific needs that pregnancy and lactation demands.
I have a passion for anatomy, physiology, movement, parenthood & life (babies)! I feel fulfilled and blessed to be able to be a part of my client's journey and to help them feel more comfortable and supported in this chapter of their life.

Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga Classes
Using special BodyCushions designed for pregnant women, most will be able to lay on your belly safely and comfortably. If it's not for you, it will still support you in a side-lying and inclined position with ease. You will be pampered and given a proper massage with various techniques on your tired areas, including your feet! It can be very beneficial to get this routinely throughout your pregnancy to help release stress & tension, which can help prepare your body for labor & birth. It also can help you enjoy your pregnancy more!
Using special BodyCushions designed for pregnant & lactating women, you can schedule your postpartum massage as soon as you'd like. You can lay on your belly comfortably as you won't have pressure against your chest. All that goes into the healing process after birth is normalized and expected here. During this session you will receive a nurturing massage in order to return to your baby to nurture them a bit more with ease.
You are welcome to bring your newborn with you in order to support your efforts of breastfeeding, if that's what you choose for you and your family.
